Team Sylveon recruiting for static raid position!
We are a well established static which transferred to Gilgamesh several months ago for further endgame opportunities. We have been raiding strong since January 2014 taking server third Turn 11 on our previous server and clearing all of FCoB mid January. We have cleared Savage turns 6 & 9 for static training to prepare for Heavensward.
We have high expectations of our raiders and expect each person to arrive early and prepared ahead of time to tackle progression content. We demand high dps and consistent performance by everyone.
Recruitment is open for a melee dps.
Currently we are seeking a skilled Ninja/Dragoon who can push high dps while managing cooldowns and executing mechanics. We expect all applicants to have researched the fights and read up on whatever information is available as well as work on improving their character outside of raid. (No raid loggers!) We expect all our raiders to accept constructive criticism when offered and constantly push ourselves to improve. 100% attendance is a must for progression.
We are a linkshell static but are highly organized with forums where we keep constant communication for theory crafting during progression. For this reason a Guildwork account is required.
We use TeamSpeak 3 for VOIP. A working headset and mic is mandatory of all raiders.
Our progression schedule is:
Monday 8:00pm - 12 EST
Tuesday 8:00 pm - 12 EST
Wednesday 9:30pm - 12 EST
Thursday 9:30pm - 12 EST
We will try to schedule extra days if pushing for a kill.
During non-progression we continue twice weekly to clear content and run more casual raids together. Our goal is to continuously work on group cohesion and build lasting friendships even after we have everything on farm.
As of 6/16 we have finished with all ARR progression and farming. Applicants will be trialed during Alexander after 3.0 raid release.
